Dr. Paul has over 20 years of IT management and consulting experience focusing in financial services sector, currently leading the FinTech practice and Asia Pacific Blockc hain Lab in Deloitte. Prior to Deloitte, Dr. Paul served as CEO of Fintech, CIO for bank, brokerage firm, and global conglomerate, as well as practice leader for EY, PwC, and IBM, specialized in emerging technologies and advanced analytics.
