ABOUT SPEAKER


 

Hiresh is a PMP® certified project manager and is experienced in facets of product management encompassing product strategy, product vision, product roadmaps, channel enablement and balancing these pursuits between technology topics and channeling it further from business case to the business model. He has been instrumental in shepherding current program automation strategy resulting to capacity expansion and quadrupling operations for cloud and infrastructure topics at Volkswagen IT Services India. Hiresh has completed engineering in computer science from one of the reputed engineering institutes from Nagpur university. Hiresh leads a strong team of around 40+ resources in multiple domains of his core expertise with additional good numbers already in Pipe Line. Tracing his journey back in 2017, It started with a small proof of concept in software packaging at VW ITS with just 4 resources before 4 years and now has proliferated in burgeoning numbers. His has been a stickler of managing projects and most of his work comes from advocating body of knowledge as prescribed in PMBOK® Guide released and updated by PMI®. He has been pivotal in practically adopting various techniques prescribed by PMI® only to help him run projects with more precision and accuracy that too even before attempting the PMP® examination. Hiresh vision and relentless enthusiasm to define and redefine the way he does things has played a vital role in his journey and he always ascribes his small wins to VW ITS as an organization and its top management for positive support. This young and visionary leader is an asset to the organization !!
