Certified Scrum Master training and certification course is aimed towards a deep understanding of Agile Architecture so that they can participate actively in the scrum development process. Scrum is an Agile process framework for managing complex knowledge work, with an initial emphasis on software development. Although it has been used in other fields and is slowly starting to be explored for other complex work, research and advanced technologies.

It is designed for teams of ten or fewer members, who break their work into goals that can be completed within timeboxed iterations, called sprints, no longer than one month and most commonly two weeks, then track progress and re-plan in 15-minute time-boxed daily meetings, called daily scrums. Certified Scrum Developers are the backbones of the scrum team. They have a high level of collaboration to maximize productivity so that minimal coordination is required to get things done. To minimize dependency, team members are experts in chosen domains, but also possess basic knowledge and skills about other domains. Certified Scrum Master course delivers the knowledge that helps a Scrum Developer to execute his/her job properly.
